Giacomo Rossi is an architect and researcher based between Switzerland and Italy. His work investigates architecture as an agent of empowerment in relation to labour, activism, and the environment. Having studied at ETH Zurich and Accademia di Architettura di Mendrisio, Giacomo has collaborated with institutions such as CCA Montréal and Kunsthalle Zurich, as well as practiced in firms across Europe and Asia.

Currently an editor at trans magazin, Giacomo is one of the co-founders of Unmasking Space—a platform for student-led teaching at ETH Zurich—and of the soft resistance collective, exploring alternatives to the normative home. His work has been published by Werk, Bauen+Wohnen and Oz Journal and has been awarded both by the Federation of Swiss Architects and the Seoul Metropolitan Government, South Korea.
