walking
2020 - ongoing
As an open and evolving group of friends, architects, students, we've taken ten to fifteen days each summer to set ourselves in motion and chart both the territory and our thoughts with the slow rhythm of long-distance walking. In a time where the concept of speed and urgency has taken over, we think of the act of walking as a conscious decision. Covering 250 to 300 km each year, our walks have brought us to the the rural landscapes between Siena and Rome (Italy); Saint-Germain-sur-Ay and Mont-Saint-Michel (France); Split and Dubrovnik (Croatia).
